I tried to schedule an apt and they refused to come because my husband wouldn't be home. She said "Are YOU really going to be able to pay for this? We won't come unless you can promise you are the ones writing the checks." I assured them I was more than capable of paying for a shower, but they still refused to come. Paula treated me like I was completely inferior to a man. And that not only was I incapable of paying for the remodel, but that I wouldn't understand anything the contractor told me. Poor customer service.

BEWARE! Never, EVER, give them your info until you are 100% absolutely sure you are using their services!! I spoke with them in January about possibly remodeling our bathroom when we had the time and money. Life changed drastically and we had to put that dream on hold but some lady named Paula continues to call me at least once a week. I work nights so I never hear the phone ring and by the time I'm up, their office is closed. She first started out calling me 3 times a day for 3 weeks, it's now late April
